🌻 Sunflower program

Zurich Airport introduced the Sunflower lanyard in October 2025, available free of charge at PRM pick-up points, the Arrival 2 information desk, and Check-in 1. The airport also provides a dedicated assistance lounge and allows travelers to pre-arrange sensory-friendly support with the special assistance team ahead of departure.
